2011 Tee Time Instructions

Please use the Upcoming Tee Times (in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen) to schedule your Tee Times. Sunday at 5 p.m. is the deadline for scheduling or cancelling a tee time with the Tee Time Chair for the upcoming play day.

Click on T-Times Sign Up to indicate your tee time preferences for the designated

play days.

Once your request is received, it will be manually entered by the Tee Time Chair into the Sign Up Chart. The chart will be updated throughout the week by the Tee Time Chair. In the Sign Up Chart, members can easily see if they have signed up to play or not.

If you find that you need to cancel or change your play day options, please go to the

Change or Cancellation page to send an email to cancel or make changes. All changes or cancellations need to be sent to the Tee Time Chair by the 5 p.m. Sunday deadline.

1. Tee Times are Assigned by the Tee Time Chair

A member must notify the Tee Time Chair if she wishes to bring a guest on play day. The member and her guest will be given a tee time (space available) at the end of the field.

Draft Tee Times will be posted online one week before play. Tee times may be changed throughout the week as players are added, changed, or canceled. The Tee Time Chair will finalize tee times after the Sunday 5 p.m. deadline. Tee times are delivered to the Pro Shop by Sunday at 5 p.m.

2. After the Deadline - Pro Shop 303-986-7888

After the deadline on Sunday, if a member needs to cancel or schedule a tee time, she must contact the Pro Shop. A tee time will be given if space is available.

3. No Call-No Show

A legitimate cancellation occurs when a member who is signed up for a tee time, notifies the Tee Time Chair by Sunday at 5 p.m. that she will not be playing that play day. If a player needs to cancel after the Sunday deadline, she must notify the Pro Shop prior to her tee time that she will not be playing that play day. If a member fails to do so, she will be considered a No Call-No Show.

4. Cancellation of a Play Day

Do not assume the play day is canceled because of weather! If in doubt, call the Pro Shop.

Please note: A player should be at the golf course at least thirty minutes before her tee time. Last minute changes do occur.

2011 Tee Time Suggestions

1. If you would like to play with a variety of different club members, vary the time you request between early, middle, & late preferences.

2. If specific members want to play together for match play or other reasons, please also indicate the agreed upon time preference that you are requesting.

3. Please try to make your decision regarding a play day by the Sunday at 5:00 p.m. deadline. Changes made through the Pro Shop after the Sunday deadline, often result in members playing in incomplete foursomes.

4. Remember to check the draft tee times by Thursday of each week and the Final Tee Times on Sunday after 5:00 p.m.

The goal of the Tee Time Chair is to have

as many members golfing each play day as possible.
